En el caso de no poder asistir a la cita por enfermedad, no te preocupes, la reserva la podrás usar para otra sesión. En ningún caso podrá ser reembolsada.
Es importante la puntualidad, no llegar ni antes ni después de vuestra cita.En el caso de llegar más tarde la sesión, esta terminará a la misma hora. Por respeto a la familia que nos sigue. todos queremos disfrutar por igual.

¿DÓNDE SE REALIZA LA SESIÓN DE FOTOS?
La sesión de fotos se realizará en mi estudio, C/ Ismael Hipólito Lor Vicente, Nº 13 (Miralbueno) en Zaragoza.
¿CÓMO PUEDO RESERVAR?
Es muy sencillo, tan solo tienes que pinchar en el botón de arriba “QUIERO RESERVAR” que te llevará directamente a nuestro calendario online, donde verás las plazas disponibles en color verde (las fechas en color blanco es que están reservadas). Una vez elijas el día y hora de sesión, solo tienes que seleccionar uno de los 2 packs. Al seleccionarlo se abrirá el cuestionario de reserva que debes rellenar para formalizar la reserva mediante un pago de reserva de 25 euros.
¿QUÉ VESTUARIO DEBO LLEVAR?
El vestuario no está incluido en la sesión. Os recomiendo vestuario en colores blancos y/o beige y sin nada de estampados.Para las mamás, tenéis la opción de usar vestuario que tengo en el estudio (opcional). Os recomiendo vengais ya vestidos desde casa. No está permitido pisar el decorado con calzado, por lo que las fotos se harán descalzos.
¿PUEDE PARTICIPAR PAPA?
Estas sesiones están pensadas para mamás e hijos. Aunque si queréis alguna foto con familiar, Se añadirá como imagen extra por 10€ /unid.
¿ADEMÁS DE LOS PACKS TENÉIS MÁS PRODUCTOS
¿Y SI QUIERO MÁS FOTOS?
No hay problema, adémas de las fotos que incluye el pack, tienes la posibilidad de añadir fotos extras por 10 €/Unid o
¿CÓMO REALIZO LOS PAGOS?
El pago de la reserva se realizara en el momento de la confirmación que será de 25 euros y se pagará mediante Transferencia o Bizúm, el resto se abonara al CONTADO el mismo día de la sesión.
¿CUÁNDO RECIBIRÉ LAS FOTOS?
La galería online para que puedas seleccionar tus fotografías te la enviaremos en un plazo máximo de 3 días. Las fotografías digitales las podrás descargar directamente desde la galería online en unos 4 o 5 días habiles desde que nos mandais vuestra selección.
